Please review our terms and conditions for our paint parties to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event experience.

  • Note: Our paint parties require a minimum of 10 participants. If fewer attend, charges will reflect the minimum equivalent for 10 participants.
  • Traveling Locations: For your convenience, we bring art lessons directly to your door. Our serving locations include Sherman Oaks, Encino, Tarzana, Beverly Hills, Studio City, West Los Angeles, and nearby cities within a 15-mile radius.
  • For Larger Groups: Additional assistance may be provided to ensure a smooth and enjoyable art experience.
  • Set Up & Cleanup: We’ll be there 30-45 minutes early to set up. Please have the tables and chairs ready. After all the fun and creativity, we’ll take care of the cleanup so you can relax and enjoy the artful memories!
  • Materials: All the art supplies including table covers, aprons, table easels, canvas, paint and brushes will be provided. We do not provide tables, chairs, food and drink.
  • Payment:
  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 will be charged at the time of booking to secure the date. The remaining balance will be charged 7 days before your party date. In the event you book within 7 days of your event, the full price will be charged to your card on the same day.
  • Cancellation:
  • Cancellation by Host: You must cancel at least 7 days prior to your event, or the price of 10 guests will be charged to your card.
  • Cancellation On The Day Of Your Event: Receive a 75% credit toward future booking.
  • Cancellation by Artist: If the event is canceled by the organizer (artist), a full refund including the deposit will be issued.
  • Refund Policy:
  • Guest Count Change: 1-2 days before the event: If your guest count changes, please notify us 1-2 days before the event. We will provide a refund for the adjusted number of guests.
  • Guest Count ChangeOn The Day Of Your Event: Receive 50% refund for the cancelled guests. Refund amount based on booking price.
  • Limitations of Liability
  1. Property Damage: We are not responsible for any damage to your property during our paint parties.
  2. Personal Injury: Participants attend at their own risk; we do not accept liability for any injuries.
  3. Use of Customer Emails: We use customer emails solely for marketing purposes, such as sending newsletters and updates about upcoming events and promotions.
